Matthew Cook,

Born in Sacramento, California in 1988, I studied at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts school in Los Angeles, earning a Culinary Art degree in 2009, which includes Diplôme De Cusine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie. After my first experiences in S. Diego at Madera Golf and Country Club as Chef de Rang and as Sous Chef at the Relais & Chateaux Rancho Valencia, I moved to Italy in 2015 working at the Relais & Chateaux Il Bottaccio, continuing my growth culinary in Italian cuisine. Since 2022 I have been a Personal Chef and teacher of Culinary Art at The Italian International Institute Lorenzo de' Medici in Florence.
